Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Yes, we offer free shipping for all orders globally.

We have DHL pickup on business days at 12:30pm, DPD and Mypack pickup at 2:30pm, and Matkahuolto at 3:00pm (all times are GMT +2).

Post parcels are brought to the post office around 3:30pm. We try to get all orders packed and shipped by the next courier pickup.

Orders

No, you do not need an account. It is always possible to checkout as a guest. We do however have much better possibilities to do follow-ups and correct possible mistakes if you have an account. We highly recommend you create an account if you are interested in a custom knife.

Yes, we can make changes to orders as long as it has not been picked up by any of the couriers. Generally we process and pack everything the same or next working day, but if you send an email to info@hmkscalpel.com before that we can still make changes. You can exchange any product free of charge within 14-days, but you may have to pay a new shipping fee if the product has been shipped already.

It may take a while for the order confirmation to arrive, also check your email's spam folder. If you did not receive an order confirmation, you can contact us by email at info@hmkscalpel.com.

We accept Visa and MasterCard Debit and Credit cards, Amex, Maestro, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

This depends on where you live and the laws in your country. Within the EU, all goods move freely without taxes. Outside of the EU, the taxes and limits are set by your governments and we cannot control this. Neither do we write down the value of the package to bypass customs as this is illegal. Our customer service professional will help you in this process to the best of their ability.

Yes, you are able to make purchases without Finnish tax if you live outside of the EU. You will have to pay customs duties depending on your location. Our customer service will help you through the this process if needed.
