Each HMK Tactical Scalpel EDC is individually handcrafted by Thomas Rönnberg, a Finnish knifemaker with over 20 years of knifemaking experience.
The Scalpel EDC design took almost half a decade to conceive with the V3 being the final iteration of the concept. Somewhere close to 500 scalpels have been made in total to reach this point.
It is a small, very lightweight, EDC "Neck-Knife" style utility knife, with a "Tsuka-Maki" wrapped Paracord full tang handle.
The HMK Scalpel EDC is a great all around craft knife which can be carried safely around the neck with a lanyard, or attached to your pocket or inside the waistband. Many customers also carry them in their purses.
It's great for opening containers, whittling wood, and skinning small game. It can easily be cleaned using a brush with dish soap.
